Acceptance of terms.
The Masters Website and its related services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Masters Website, constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Site license and access.
Masters grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Masters. This license does not include any derivative use of this site or its contents or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Masters without express written consent of Masters. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Masters’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Masters. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Masters.
You may not create a link to the Masters Website without express written permission of Masters. If permission is granted, such permission will consist of a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Masters Website (www.masters.it) so long as the link does not portray Masters, or their content, products, or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Masters logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission of Masters.
No unlawful or prohibited use.
As a condition of your use of the Masters Website, you will not use the Masters Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Where this provision, and only this provision unless stated otherwise herein, conflicts with an agreement between Masters and Masters’s business partners and customers (“Business Agreement”), the Business Agreement shall control.

Your continued use of the Masters Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, comments or other communications (each a “Submission” and collectively “Submissions”) to the Masters Website or to Masters, you are granting Masters permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Masters is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and Masters may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.
All trademarks and trade dress that appear on the Masters Website (“Trademarks”) are trademarks/trade dress or registered trademarks/trade dress of Masters (unless indicated otherwise) or its subsidiaries or parent companies.
Any unauthorized use of the Trademarks and/or any use of a mark or symbol that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or in any manner that disparages or discredits Masters, its affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies is strictly prohibited.
You may not use any of the Trademarks in any manner without the prior written consent of Masters. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited by law and violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible according to applicable law, without notice.
All content that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the Masters Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, (“Content”) and software (“Software”), is owned by and is the copyrighted work of Masters and/or its suppliers. The compilation of all content on the Masters Website is the exclusive property of Masters. All Software used on this site is the property of Masters and/or its software supplier.
Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content and/or Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
